"Thank you for arranging our holiday in Cuba. It was certainly interesting and I'm glad we saw it before it all changes. It's certainly an amazing society and the politics both current and historical was fascinating.

The vegetarian organic restaurant in Las Terrazas was lovely but a bit of an oasis in what was otherwise a bit of a culinary desert although our guide in Havana recommended los Nachos restaurant opposite the Capitol building and that was very nice.

My recommendations to other travellers would be to make sure you get hold of a lot of loose change to avoid over tipping and to take some extra pots of moisturiser and sun cream to give as gifts to chambermaids and waitresses as well as a tip - it seems to be like gold dust!
