Eolo is a stunning property with 17 suites – all beautifully designed. 30 minutes away from El Calafate, on the way to Perito Moreno Glacier, Eolo is strategically located in La Anita Valley, on the eastern side of Mount Frías. THE RESTAURANT

The Chef at EOLO uses and optimises regional products whilst applying international cuisine techniques and aesthetics – valuing the origins and heritage and maintaining a ‘cosmopolitan touch.’ Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available.
